Versa light in start screen smartwatch there are no results from steps or heartbeat. Whatsapp van i do

Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for the details that were shared in your post. To better assist you with this, can you please clarify if your Versa Lite is in fact tracking your steps and heartbeat but not syncing such information into your account? Or is your device not tracking your stats as it should? Are the heart rate sensors flashing? When was the first time you experienced this issue? In the meantime I receive your answers, please restart your Fitbit and let me know if the issue persists.
