my versa lite is dead, it will not come on at all it will get to the fit bit logo and then it say ; data not cleared sync again but it will not do anything, it will not charge, screen is black. what can I do?

Hi @FT72 several have reported that a factory reset has helped here. Did you do a search?
If not you will need to contack support.
