No device found (versa )

Hi 

my versa is charging well but The watch is not keeping the time correctly.when I want to update the app It says no device found . I’ve restarted the watch and the app twice each on different order but still nothing. What can I do ?

On your phone app for Fitbit log out and than log back in . I did that today and everything works again

Tried that. Worked once yesterday and now it says No Device Found again when trying to sync. This started happening after Google play update/Android phone

I Uninstaller then reinstalled, reconnected, to solve mine.
