After several months I received a new device due to the battery not working. Then after 15 months this happened. The face popped off while I was just standing there! I talked to customer service and they will not replace due the fact that it’s been over a year. After research, there has been a lot of people with the same issue. I have a been a loyal Fitbit customer and this just drove me get an Apple Watch! Do not buy!!! They don’t care about customers!

I too had this happen yesterday. Am worried as I received mine 22/7/18 so just out of the 2 years.. I loved this. But as it’s a known fault I will be looking to fit it to fix it... Reading the threads however I can see that this is not likely to happen.

I loved it while it lasted, but unfortunately it did not make it to 2 yrs. I attempted to pop it back in but now it not lighting up. I definitely think it’s a manufacturer’s error that they are unwilling to fix.
