I need help with my versa. It drained power really quickly one day and now it won't turn on. I have tried all the reboot advise I have seen but it still won't wake up.
I have charged over night in the hopes it will reset itself. All it does is get really warm.
Anyone had this issue and got a fix for it that worked?

I too had the same experience .versa was brought nearly 2 months back only. How did you manage to get it back working catherCat.. I am unable to contact Fitbit support team. Please help to get it back working. I am from India kerala
