My versa is 1hour fast. I’ve reset, synced, removed and reconnected the device a couple dozen times and it’s still not updating. Starting to get really frustrated. Any one have similar issues and how did you fix it?

Could it be that your timezone is set incorrectly? You can check yours at https://www.fitbit.com/settings/profile
If you do change it then your fitbit will be updated the next time you sync.
