Hi there, I got a versa lite last week. At first it vibrated for texts but now it isn’t. I have followed all troubleshooting advice and it’s still not working.

I appreciate the details that were shared in your post. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know which mobile device are you currently using? Also, when was the first time you experienced this? If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check: How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device? to see that all the necessary requirements to receive notifications on your Fitbit are correctly configured and to try some troubleshooting steps. Let's make sure that Do Not Disturb is disabled on your Versa 2 quick settings menu.

Hi there,
im using an iPhone 11. This is my second Fitbit (previously used the charge 3) and have experienced similar issues with both - both my fitbits vibrated for notifications until I installed an update on them, then both stopped. I have followed all troubleshooting advice given above.
