Versa Lite not working after update

When pairing my Versa Lite Fitbit w/the app on my phone, it went through an upgrade and now has stopped working. The battery died in 4 hours. Then I recharged it, didn’t put it on that night and in the morning the battery was dead! Now, it’s lasting a day and a half, but it doesn’t count my steps. I went through and made sure everything was off that could wear down the battery - and that’s when I got to a day and a half battery life, instead of the 4.5 days. Now, it’s currently not counting my steps. This is bogus. What is up with that?

Hi there, @Sueba20. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Versa Lite before reaching out. I understand how you must be feeling. 

 

If you're still having issues, please see try the following steps:

 

1. Remove the Versa Lite from your phone's Bluetooth settings.

2. Restart your Versa Lite.

3. Turn off other Bluetooth connections when not in use.

4. Plug it into the charging cable and open the Fitbit app.

5. Set up your Versa Lite.

6. Complete the firmware update.
