I got my fitbit today.
My fitbit mobile app version is 3.43 and versa 2 fitbit firmware version is 35.70.8.0. But still when I try to install SpO2 Signature clock faces, I see the Select button is greyed out with a message stating app version or firmware version has to be up to date.
Can you confirm am I running older versions of software or firmware in either of them ?
I still have not got the required update after setting the device more than 72 hours. I do not know when will the update come to my device ? Is there anything that I can do now.
Maybe try chat support? Normally users get the update within a few days. Maybe something is off.
