Versa Lite only syncs when not worn

Hi, I have the exact same problem except it's with my Versa Lite. As soon as I put it on my wrist it begins losing time and refuses to sync. Within minutes of removing it from my wrist it successfully syncs.

I've rebooted, factory reset, etc. with no luck. Has anyone found a solution to this problem?

Hi @Aria1964. It's good to see you here in the forums.

I've moved your post to the Other Versa Smartwatches as there are more chances to get related replies here. I'm sorry you're having this experience and thanks for every step tried prior to posting. Just to confirm, do you have multiple Bluetooth connections turned on when trying to sync? I'm asking this as we recommend to either turn off those devices or take your phone along with your Versa Lite to a different room to prevent any interference.

That being said, I'd recommend reconnecting your watch to the Fitbit app:

  1. Remove your Versa Lite from the Bluetooth settings.
  2. Force quit the Fitbit app and reboot your phone.
  3. Restart your watch one more time.
  4. Open the Fitbit app, tap your profile picture > Set Up a Device.
  5. Select your Versa Lite, tap Replace Device and follow the on-screen instructions.

Hope this helps.
