My fitbit versa lite keeps shutting off after a few minutes. Its been doing this for a few days. I bought the fitbit in July so its not very old. The only way to turn it back on is to connect to the charger. When I see the fitbit logo I take it off the charger and it says 100% battery. Sometimes when I put it on the charger it says 0% but then I take it off and reput it on the charger and get the fitbit logo and it says full charge. I tried doing a factory reset the other day and it still has issues after that. The firmware updated on the day that this started happening. Then after the factory reset it was updated again but that time took over an hour and a half and a couple times of taking it on and off the charger when the fitbit decided to shut off during the update even when it was on the charger. Any advice would be appreciated. I bought this one to replace my charge 2 which the battery had died on after 3 years of having it.
