Versa lite turning off randomly and will only turn on with the charger. Stays on for only a few minutes off the charger yet no battery issues. Only 7 months old.

Hi @ShanDance95, welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm sorry to hear that your Versa Lite randomly turns off a few minutes after you take it off the charger. I totally understand how you feel about this.

 

I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they will reply to your recent email soon in order to follow up and assist you accordingly. Please keep an eye on your email account.
