I have had my Versa Lite since Christmas. It paired with my Samsung just fine and has worked flawlessly. 3 days ago a red x appeared and says Data not cleared Sync and try again. I have done EVERYTHING. Reset. Deleted and reinstalled app. Online chat - they kept telling me that it must not be compatible with my phone - but it was! Then they told me to reset by USB, by using the USB reset, but I do not have that button on my dashboard. Connected by USB to my computer but I cannot figure out how to reset that way. Help!
