Versa 2 texts with ios previews OFF

I always have message previews on "never" on my iphone. The only way now I can get text notifications on my Versa 2 (since the whole update fiasco) is if I have my message previews set to "when unlocked" or on "always" which I HATE. Anyone else have a fix to this or a way around it? Just when I thought I had fixed the notification issue after going weeks without it.

Thanks for the details mentioned and the troubleshooting tried. The workaround for notifications is to set the preview message on as you mentioned, you may want to check the main thread to learn more about it.
