Anyone else's Versa lite stopped working, after a chat with fitbit and trying everything possible (factory reset etc) it is still not working... this is my 2nd one since Christmas (as my initial Versa lite had the same problem) and still they will not refund only offering another replacement... obviously there are issues with this device (after seeing all of the posts in the community board). not impressed with Fitbit customer service...

I'm sorry to hear that your Versa Lite stopped working. I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they assisted you via email and a replacement unit was offered.
As a side note, I'd like to invite you to visit our Discussions board where you can share your experiences, meet people and create new topics.
