My smart watch buzzed yesterday, I pushed the button and the screen appeared blue. This did not respond to any touched, and I tried to restart by pushing the button for 10 sec. The watch turned off (screen Black) and now does not reply to anything. Tried to charge, restart and sync-nothing helps. Anyone had similar experience?

@AnastasiaP Welcome to our Fitbit Community. Regarding the screen and charging issues that your Versa Lite has experienced, I appreciate the time spent trying to get it resolved before contacting our forums.
I'd like to know if your Versa Lite vibrates when you put it on the charger. In the meantime, try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article contains steps that you already tried but you can skip them and proceed with the rest. Finally, charge your watch for 2-3 hours and see if it comes back to life.

Dear JuanJo,
Thank you for the advices. I tried what you have suggested, the watch have buzzed and turned on the screen. However, it is plane dark blue and does not respond to swipes. I have written to the Shop where it was purchased, and they have redirected me to the Fitbit, since the warranty should be still valid. Do you maybe know how should I proceed?
