My Versa Lite vibrates several times a day and for severals seconds the watch is unresponsive with the screen all black. It happened also when the alarm gets off and I cannot do anything to stop it. I tried to reset it to factory but nothing changed. This is really annoying. I plan to return it if I cannot find a fix. Does anybody have a suggestion?

@gabin, welcome to our Fitbit Community. I'm sorry to hear that your Versa Lite vibrates randomly and the screen became unresponsive. By the way, thank you for troubleshooting this issue before contacting our forums.
I'd like you to try changing the clock face to one developed by Fitbit, not a third party clock face. After this, restart your watch one more time and see if the issue gets fixed.
Keep me posted on the outcome.

The clock face I already have is one developed by Fitbit. This morning while my alarm went off the screen was frozen. I restarted already once today. It is 9:30 and my screen already freezed four times. I only see the clock face and cannot swipe right or up..... Very frustrating. What can I do more?

Just found a solution that works for my Fitbit
What I did next:
Now it works just fine ... let's hope it will last .... at date no unusual behaviour

Unfortunately today my versa, again, is acting strangely after the new firmware update.
It has vibrating twice out of nowhere and the screen went black and unresponsive for several minutes.
Swipe down and up takes several attempts or does not work at all.
Fitbit logo appears from nowhere and the watch is non responsive fro minutes again.
Today I have again deleted my fitbit app, reinstalled but .......
I have been contacted by the customer service quickly; hopefully I can have a replacement.
I love my versa lite and I want to have one and use it.

I have been in contact with customer service at Fitbit and they have been most helpful; they sent me a new one. I bought my Versa Lite directly through Fitbit. This one works just fine right now. 😁

had a somewhat similar incident happened to me today and since I'm always around computers I went ahead and Googled it, but I decided to share my story XDI also handle food so being able to use it without having to touch the watch is a huge Pro in my book but I got home and I went to slide to the right "i have a versa 2" and when I tilted my wrist the screen displayed worked properly but when I swipe down nothing happened I tried swiping sideways nothing happened it would lock and unlock with no issues and I was a little confused so I went ahead and reset it and it worked again but then I was only able to swipe down and it wouldn't let me swipe to the sides a little confused but it stated working again, I hope there's no future problems but it just scared me a little because I do rely on my Fitbit
