The hourly activity and Heart Rate were working on my Versa until 19thJanuary. Since then (& I don’t remember if there was an app update around then) the hourly activity is recorded on my watch but does not transfer to the App when synced.
There is no reminder either to remind me to move 10 minutes before the hour.
The heart rate does not work at all on the watch.
I have tried restarting the watch and shutting down the watch but no luck.

The heart rate - It’s the same with my versa as well. I’ve contacted customer service 3 times in 2 weeks almost. Earlier today, I requested to know if it this is my versa only or a versa bug. They informed me “The issue that you have notice is a bug. We’re aware of this issue, but may not be able to provide a fix in the near future. We'll continue to monitor the situation and keep our team informed of its impact.“
I’m going to have to monitor my hourly reminders now

This is absolutely unacceptable on the part of Fitbit. If this is their idea of customer service, they have definitely lost me as a customer.

I'm glad that they seem to be working with you to resolve the issue. Will you update us once you receive your replacement and let us know if you are experiencing the same issues? If its a bug in the software, I fear that the new one will have the same problems.

The two year warranty is in the EU , I believe
