Versa Lite screen became unresponsive

Hi. My screen in the last week has become non responsive. I can see messages and emails coming through on screen but cant clear or look at them. I have tried all the reset options and changing clockface etc but nothing working. Item was purchased from littlewoods 2nd November. Pls advise.
