Versa Lite screen completely white

I was gifted a FitBit Versa Lite this past week, to help with my diabetes and monitor my blood sugar numbers.  All of a sudden today, the screen is solid white.  I have tried holding the back button to reset it.  But I can't restart it, because I can't see anything on it.  Any ideas?  Or is it done for?

I've also tried swiping to different screens, but that doesn't seem to be working either.

Mine is doing the same exact thing! And it’s ALREADY a replacement for the one i got for Christmas! Did you ever get a resolution?
