Fitbit Versa wont update

I'm trying to update with my android. Keeps saying update failed. I've reset my versa back to factory settings and this has not solved the proble . I've unpaired all other bluetooth devices from my phone  I've reconnected multiple times to my wif .  My fitbit wont even connect to my wifi at all. The little wheel just keeps spinning when attempting to connect to wifi. Help!

Hello @DelfinaJ of course the factory reset will only add more problems.

Have you removed the tracker from your phones bluetooth?

Have you been able to connect the tracker to your Fitbit account?  Where able to enter the 4 digit code?

Has the tracker been updated?

As for wifi, what error do you receive? Have you tried updating without setting up wifi?
