Versa Lite screen is acting odd

I've had my versa lite for two years. Just recently it began lagging or taking a few seconds to turn on. Now, if I turn in on, it only displays a light gray screen. I can't turn it off unless I hold the reset button. Then it briefly turns off, displays a glitching logo (sometimes bars of green and blue, sometimes multicolored dots), and returns to grey. It is fully charged, but not syncing to the Fitbit app on my Android.

Any advice would be appreciated.
