Versa Lite screen is black

Put my watch un my locker at work yesterday morning because I work in a metal free warehouse...went to put it on after work and it was black and no longer working!

Welcome @ElizabethKell87, it's nice to see you around here! 

 

In order to solve this, I'd recommend to restart your Versa Lite by following these steps. If the restart does not work, please check on the Fitbit app if your Charge 3 is still syncing. If so, change the clock face to a different one to see if this brings back the display. Don't worry if you cannot see anything on the display by now, this process is done through the Fitbit app. 

 

Give this a go and let me know the outcome.
