Versa Lite screen issues

Does not show anything unless I hold the button in.

Then it only shows a fuzzy white square..

I can't get it to do anything else.

Hi @KevJB, welcome to our Fitbit Community! Regarding the screen issue that your Versa Lite experienced, I appreciate the time spent trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.

 

I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they assisted you via phone. I'm glad to hear that a solution was provided. Please don't hesitate to get back if more assistance is needed.
