Unable To Set-Up Versa

Received a new Versa as a birthday gift.

 

2 Android phones (Fitbit apps) can not find it.

1 Windows Laptop (Fitbit app) can not find it, but the Bluetooth is detecting it.

 

Never had this issue with my fitbit Blaze. Its been several days of trying, reading guides, re-trying, etc. Ready to give up now.

 

Any thoughts?

If not, I'm just going to send it back to Amazon as a dud and use the money to get something else.
