Versa Lite screen keeps flickering

At times the screen on my Versa Lite(which is less than a week old) is flickering.

@nreno1 welcome to our Fitbit Community! If you haven't contacted our Support team as @Odyssey13 advised in regards the screen issue that your Versa Lite is experiencing, I would like you to restart your versa as described in this help article.

 

After this, try changing the clock face to one developed by Fitbit, not a third party clock face and see if the issue gets fixed.

I will try the reset but my clock face it the one that was factory installed I haven't changed a thing on it. I will try the reset tonight though.Nancy

@nreno1 I appreciate your time spent trying the restart process. Since you mentioned that you use the default clock face, there is no need to change it.
