My versa lite screen stopped working no response to touch. I tried to soft reset using the side button but now it is locked in the Red X “data not cleared sync and try again”. Last sync was on Nov 9 but Fitbit app cannot find the phone.
I tried resetting my Bluetooth connection but failed. My Bluetooth on 2 different phones can see the versa lite, but cannot connect.
All of the reboot to factory default directions are for versa with multiple buttons. My lite has only the one side button.
