Versa Lite screen not functioning

My versa lites screen froze then slowly began to degrade while wearing it. It now barely lights up with large black lines through the display, was working fine moments ago. Anyone else have a similar issue?

I have a similar problem. My versa lite started being really glitchy and then it would have these green vertical lines every time i tried to turn on the screen. Now, 2 days later, it won’t do anything at all but show a black screen.

@Adavis9771 I appreciate your participation in the Forums and sharing that the screen on your Versa Lite barely lights up and has lines. Thank you for providing the additional details, I am here to help. I recommend trying the following:

 

  1. Restart the device: How do I restart my Fitbit device?
  2. Make sure your device is updated: How do I update my Fitbit device?
  3. Change a clock face: How do I change the clock face on my Fitbit device?
