I charged my versa last night overnight, it says my last sync was around 10am and that it is still at like 95% battery, BUT it won't turn on. The screen stays black. I've tried resetting it and putting it back on the charger. Are there any other solutions or am I just out of luck at this point? My versa is around 2 years old.

My last sync was Monday. I've tried all the power on and off ways or factory reset (3 buttons press and hold) but just black screen of death. It'll only just light up a bit, no logo, just black. Is there a service center in Singapore? Or option to purchase new fitbit with trade-in discount? I bought mine in Apr 2018.

@Ringo_031 I am sorry that you are going through the same situation. Thank you for your troubleshooting efforts. Fitbit doesn't have any physical repair centers that can accommodate servicing or repairing your device. I understand your concern and recommend making sure your device is updated to the latest version as updates come with new features and bug fixes: How do I update my Fitbit device?
