My versa lite screen isnt working. I followed the instructions on this forum nothing worked so used last optiona factory reset and it crashed I couldn't use at all. Called customer care and spoke to someone who was huffing after everything I said .... the fix she suggested did sort the crash but the touch screen still isnt working ..... she asked me to reply to an email which I did and over a day later not heard a peep . This tracker is 4 months old I'm not impressed at all.

I'm sorry to hear about the screen issues that your Versa Lite experienced. I totally understand how you feel about this and I appreciate the time spent trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.
I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they assisted you via email. I'm glad to hear that a solution was provided and you are back on track with a replacement unit.
