Versa Lite screen showing Data not cleared sync & try again

Fitbit not working only had it 7 months. Screen showing Data not cleared sync & try again. This is below a Red Cross in a red circle. It’s not letting me update or sync any ideas

Try a Restart and do it several times if necessary.

Hi I have restarted my Fitbit more times than I can remember and it still comes up with this
