Versa Lite screen stuck on Fitbit logo

my clock was loosing time so after reading fixes and resetting watch. it is paired with phone and computer but i cant go any further. just has the logo and foreign languages on screen of watch. I can't get a clock screen or update the tracker

they couldn't help with the issue i spent 4 hrs trying everything to get it
working but.....
