Versa Lite screen unresponsive

Received the Versa Lite for Christmas I was so impressed up until 2 days ago. I was getting random vibrations during the day and night and now the screen won't work. Screen display is working, it seems the touch is not. I cant swipe any notifications, find out my steps or access any thing else. I've tried the soft reset and also factory reset and neither have helped. Do I return to store for a exchange or do it via Fitbit? It's not even 2 weeks old 😔

I would return it where I bought it but you can also Contact Customer Support .

Thank you. I've just tried. I have to ring customer support to try and get this rectified. Really disappointed as I don't want to be left with out a watch. Plus I can't turn my alarms off now and my watch went crazy this morning haha.

My first Versa Lite went bad after 9 months and after multiple chats with Support they agreed to sent me a replacement, which I received on August 27. After I set it up I started feeling Random Vibrations every 15-20 minutes. I had set the motion remainder Off and the reminder continued to come up. Also it does not pick my sleep tracking correctly.

Based on the Community posts, it looks like these issues have been around since 2017-2018?!?!

I tried ALL the suggestions from the Community No success!

The one thing that may have caused the issues is that I received a notification from Fitbit to install an update to the Firmware.

Any suggestions?
