Versa Lite screen unresponsive

I have had my Versa lite for less than a year. A few weeks ago, and it started shutting off randomly and the touch screen is unresponsive. I can’t even get the screen to turn on by using the button on the side either. I have tried restarting and checking for updates. Nothing I have tried so far has been successful. Any ideas what the problem is?
