Hi everyone,
I just recently got a new versa lite. I opened it and started using it on May 15th - so exactly one week ago. Today the screen has become totally unresponsive. The clock face still turns on, but it does not respond to any swipes or taps. I've looked through previous posts and tried a soft reset and changing the clock face (I was already using one created by Fitbit but tried to change it anyway). I have not been successful in trying to do a factory reset. I'm pretty upset that this is happening and I JUST bought the product.

Hi @Nikkiferr, welcome to our Fitbit Community! Regarding the screen issues that your Versa Lite experienced, I appreciate the time spent trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.
I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they assisted you via chat. I'm glad to hear that a solution was provided and you are back on track with a replacement unit.
