Versa Lite screen went blank

My versa lite 2 screen is black, but im still getting notifications but I can't see what they are on my watch. I have restarted it and nothing changes.

One thing to try as it is connecting with the Fitbit App is to go to clock faces and change the clock face, just in case this is an issue.

Though if the watch doesn't display battery level when you first put it on charge there may be an issue with the screen.

It has been known that new versions of firmware can do this to a watch.

Probably best to contact Fitbit Support directly. They may be able to help you.
