My Versa Lite just stopped working properly. The watch will not scroll down. It will scroll to the side. When I hit an app (exercise, weather, etc.), the watch will act like it's trying to open the app but never does. My phone says that my watch is updated but there is something wrong. What do I do?

Please restart your Versa Lite as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.
