My screen will not swipe, it’s stuck on the main screen. I have powered off numerous times and that doesn’t work

Restart is first, easiest, and safest thing for try for any such issue.
For Versa Lite, press side button and hold in until see Fitbit logo, about 10 seconds.

The quick view tab in my app won’t stay on either...it keeps switching back to off. Could these two problems be related?
