I wonder if someone can help? I’ve tried every way possible to update my Fitbit Versa Lite and nothing is working, it gets to nearly fully finished and crashes I’ve tried for a full week, any ideas?

Thanks for troubleshooting this setup issue. I would like to know if you keep having problems pairing your device? If so, I recommend taking a look at the help article: Why can't I set up my Fitbit device? and follow the instructions provided there.
