Versa Lite shows data not cleared on screen

My versa lite won't sync. Nothing happens when I click the sync now in the app and there is a message that says data not cleared sync and try again. I have tried unpairing and pairing with my blue tooth and restarting my phone multiple times.

Hi there, @Kimberly10. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thank you for sharing the steps that you've tried to fix the issues with your Versa Lite.

 

Please note that the error message you're now receiving on your watch's screen ("Data not cleared, Sync & Try and again") usually appears when you've performed a factory reset without first unpairing the watch. With that being said, please try the steps below: 

 

  • Remove your Versa Lite from your Fitbit account and unpair it from your phone's Bluetooth.
  • Force quit the Fitbit app.
  • Turn off the Bluetooth.
  • Shut off your phone and turn it on after 1-2 minutes.
  • Turn on the Bluetooth.
  • Setup your Versa Lite again.
  • If there is no connection, restart your Versa Lite.
