Versa Lite stopped charging

I have tried 3 times to use chat for support and it drops out every time I leave the page to look at something you've asked me to re solving my failing Fitbit. Tried again just now got msg: 'Sorry about that. Looks like someone snagged the last Fitbit chat representative' and left me an overseas pH number to call, but I'm in Australia. Fitbit Versa Lite won't start or charge. Cleaned contact points as per instruction, held down power button to to either restart it or just turn it on. No green lights, no vibration when putting it on the charger. Purchased it April 14th 2019 order #190414-1523-18792236
