Versa Lite stopped syncing

my Versa lite is acting up again! Ugh this time it won’t sync to my phone. I restarted it multiple times (my phone too) 

even if I manage to get it to connect it disconnects after a few hours. What’s happening!

Also, see this link that will tell you the devices that are compatible with Fitbit and make sure your device is supported by Fitbit!

No it does not work. Can someone please get back to my email? I’ve been having problems with fitbit for the past 6 months and my fitbit is not even a year old! I want to exchange my watch!
