I have a Versa Lite and it has stopped working. It won't turn on if it is not on charge. I tried to do a factory reset but it didn't work, it keeps saying data not deleted sync and try again. It won't sync to my phone now. Can anyone suggest how to fix it?

Best Answer@Dragonfly4 Others have found that simply connecting the tracker via USB resolves connectivity issues. Connect the tracker via its USB cradle to a Bluetooth enabled Windows 10 PC. From within the Windows app, you can set up your tracker as a new device.
I personally am going to avoid using the app until they get this figured out. I use an LG G7ThinQ
