Hi,
I have a Versa Lite and it has stopped working. It won't turn on if it is not on charge. I tried to do a factory reset but it didn't work, it keeps saying data not deleted sync and try again. It won't sync to my phone now. Can anyone suggest how to fix it?

@Dragonfly4 Others have found that simply connecting the tracker via USB resolves connectivity issues. Connect the tracker via its USB cradle to a Bluetooth enabled Windows 10 PC. From within the Windows app, you can set up your tracker as a new device.
I personally am going to avoid using the app until they get this figured out. I use an LG G7ThinQ

What do you do if you bought it second hand from ebay...
