Versa Lite stopped working

Screen is just grey, it’s fully charged and updated. I can swipe to get to settings but when I tap on settings it just kicks me out so I can’t try a factory reset. Any ideas please?

Hi @HayJay44 - try restarting the watch as a first step - How do I restart my Fitbit device? 

Also change the clock face in case it is causing a problem - How do I change the clock face on my Fitbit device?
