Versa Lite stopped working

hello! I’ve had my Versa Lite for 2 months and it suddenly won’t pair with the Fitbit app, and Bluetooth will not work. The app nor my phone will recognize it. I tried all the troubleshooting tips such as deleting the Fitbit app and reinstalling, and forgetting and reconnecting the device to Bluetooth. Nothing will work. It seems to be forever stuck on the Fitbit start screen. Has anyone else had this happen suddenly?
