I’ve tried every solution listed on the various forums about this issue and nothing has worked now my Fitbit Versa Lite is stuck on the Red Cross in the circle and Data not cleared Sync and try again. I’m overseas for three months and by the time I get home my warranty will have expired. Fitbit don’t seem to care that so many people are having this issue. Think I’ll just go and get an Apple Watch and chuck this Fitbit away. Fitbit - I suggest you find a solution that actually works and publicise it.
