I have a Versa Lite that locked up, even though it was saying I synced and had changed things, nothing changed. So I did a factory reset on it. Deleted my app, reinstalled it, app says synced but the only thing I see on my Versa is DL the app to start watch. Any ideas from anybody?

@Biscut, welcome to our Fitbit Community. I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa Lite since it won't start up. By the way, thank you for troubleshooting this issue before contacting our forums.
Please check out if your Fitbit Versa Lite firmware needs to be updated. To do so, please follow the steps listed in this help article. After this, check out if your Versa starts up and displays the clock face and stats properly.
Keep me posted on the outcome.

I actually had already dont the things it said in the post. I left the
Fitbit in charger with phone beside it for almost a full day. Noon to noon
or so. I'm still at the load app screen. My wife is currently trying it so
.. maybe just maybe. I dont want to take it back. lol.

My wife got a hold of somebody in the phone. Come to find out, the bluetooth from the phone is not strong enough to DL the new update. Had to hook it up to the laptop and DL the update. It works like a charm now.
