My Versa has stopped synching with my Android phone. It also ran out of battery and once I had charged it the time was incorrect. I can't change the time without it synching to my phone, but I can't get it to synch at all! I have tried pairing the device with my phone, I have tried removing the versa from my account and restarting from the beginning. Nothing works!
I thought, maybe, that it was a firmware issue, but I can't even update that without the watch synching to my phone.
How do I get these two devices to talk to each other please? It's driving me mad!

This same thing keeps happening to me! Did you ever find out how to stop this from happening?

This started happening me today. My Versa Lite hasn't synched with my Galaxy s10e since last night. And now my time is off on my watch and without synching, I cant fix it.
