Versa Lite stuck on Fitbit Logo

My Versa Lite is not working anymore (i guess) My last use was January and I decided to use it again. After so my attempt of charging it, it only shows its logo and back yo black screen again. Please help, I already communicate with the support team but theyre suggestions doesnt work🥺

Hi there, @psychsarah. Welcome on board. Thanks for the details provided in your post. 

Is your Versa Lite brand new or second-hand? I'd like to make sure what is the case of your watch, because if it was bought from someone else, it will need a factory reset in order for you to set it up properly to your Fitbit account. For more information, see How do I erase my Fitbit device?

Hi there, @Che08. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for already trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Versa Lite with our Support Team. I understand where your concern is coming from. 

 

In addition to the steps you've performed so far, please try the following:

 

  • Remove your Versa Lite from your Fitbit account and unpair it from your phone's Bluetooth.
  • Force quit the Fitbit app.
  • Turn off the Bluetooth.
  • Shut off your phone and turn it on after 1-2 minutes.
  • Turn on the Bluetooth.
  • Setup your Versa Lite again.
  • If there is no connection, restart your Versa Lite.

 

If you can't get started with your Versa Lite, usually a missing requirement is the cause. Carefully review the requirements provided in the help article: Why can't I set up my Fitbit device?

Same here. Mine is brand new out of the box yesterday, my partner got it as a gift and didn't use it. Tried to set it up but it won't move off the fitbit logo
